We totally get it—sometimes the magic just isn’t the right fit. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

💎 Return Requirements

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original packaging (with tags if applicable)

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items returned without prior approval or outside these guidelines won’t be accepted.

💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or just not right, contact us ASAP. We'll make it right—promise.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We can’t accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Beauty/personal care products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

  • Perishables (like food, flowers, or plants)

  • Gift cards & final sale items

🔄 Exchanges

Want something different? Simply return your item, and once it’s accepted, place a new order for what you really want.

🇪🇺 EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off

If you're in the EU, you have 14 days to return or cancel your order—no questions asked. Items must be in original condition, and proof of purchase is still required.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may take a bit longer to post the refund—if it’s been more than 15 business days, reach out to us at angelandquinncontact@gmail.com.
